About Me
My interest in psychology began in sixth form and continued through university, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (2020). I later completed a Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy (2025) while gaining hands-on experience working in the field.
I have worked with children presenting with behavioural challenges linked to trauma and mental health difficulties. I have also supported adults living with mental health diagnoses, by helping them build self-awareness and lead balanced lives. As I continued studying I met and worked with individuals affected by domestic violence, complex grief, suicide, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
I take pride in my calm and grounded approach, as I offer clients a supportive space to explore their experiences with openness and self-awareness.
I believe therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth - there will always be something to talk about, an emotion to explore, or an episode to process. I aim to help clients understand their patterns, connect with their emotions, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
I have experienced first-hand the positive impact of exercise on our mental health, and I understand the importance of moving our body and reconnecting with nature. The simpler things in life give me the most joy, such as walking, reading, and spending time in the sun and by the sea.

My promise is to meet you where you are, and to walk beside you as you meet yourself.
My Approach
My aim is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and lead a life of purpose and fulfillment. I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust, respect, and collaboration. By integrating various therapeutic techniques and a client-centered approach, I support clients in gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and achieving personal well-being.
